Hello, neighbors, Steven here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look together at our Specialty Recreation Smoke-colored Universal Replacement RV Skylight that fits an 18 by 30 inch rough opening. Now, folks, as I said, this fits an 18 by 30 inch rough opening, so just keep that in mind. As far as some quick overall measurements, I was getting right at 33 1/2 inches long, and on a width, right at 21 1/2 inches. So again, 21 1/2 inches, outside to outside, and then 33 1/2, outside the outside overall. Now, folks, this is a nice, durable polycarbonate.

It's UV-resistant and also impact-resistant. You can kinda see through a little bit on my end looking out. It's a smoke-colored plastic, polycarbonate rather, and it tames the bright light and also reduces UV transmission. It's gonna be great for replacing a damaged or maybe a worn skylight on your RV or camper, or maybe even an enclosed trailer. It's a super easy installation.

They do have pre-drilled holes all the way around the exterior. More importantly, they're gonna give you a tube of their SR140. That's their installation sealant. One thing to note, do not use self-leveling sealant with these polycarbonate skylights, as the chemicals in those self-leveling sealants can cause failures. You wanna use their SR140.

It's made specifically to work with the polycarbonate. Now again, folks, this is approximately a five inch tall bubble, and again, this is gonna be a great addition. Super durable. You can see it's got some give to it, hail and all that stuff shouldn't hurt it at all. Nice one-year warranty from the manufacturer, made right here in the US.
